Here too, the leaves drifting after the previous harvest and sitting on the top of the shrub are picked. We recommend three infusions for tea from the second harvest season. KABUSE NO. 2 is a sparkling green Kabusecha from the June harvest. It is mildly aromatic and in the cup fresh-green and fragrant.
